These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Rankiei platform ("Service"), operated by TWS Telecomunicacoes Ltda - ME ("Company"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
Rankiei is an intelligent organic visibility SaaS platform that offers:
- Technical SEO auditing
- Visibility monitoring across search engines and generative AIs
- Competitive and backlink analysis
- Keyword and ranking monitoring
- Generation of recommendations and implementation-ready artifacts
2. User account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
3. Plans and payment
Free plan: available at no charge, with limited features as described on the pricing page.
Paid plans: billed monthly or annually via credit card, processed by Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
Free trial: paid plans offer a 7-day free trial. Billing starts automatically after the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Refunds: we do not offer refunds for partial usage periods. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to access systems or data belonging to other users
- Overload the infrastructure with excessive or automated requests beyond your plan limits
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization (except approved partners on the Agency plan)
- Send malware, spam, or harmful content through the platform
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, brand, and content, is the property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
Data generated by audits (reports, findings, recommendations) belongs to you and can be exported at any time.
6. Availability and SLA
We will strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from temporary Service unavailability.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". Audits and recommendations are generated through automated analysis and do not replace professional SEO consulting.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
8. Cancellation and termination
By the user: you can cancel your account at any time in Settings. Your data will be removed within 30 days after cancellation.
By the Company: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice when possible.
9. Partner program
The Agency plan allows reselling and white-labeling under the partner program terms. Partners receive commission as agreed and are subject to additional terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Sao Paulo/SP are elected for dispute resolution.
